These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Atlanta Black Family Portraits, provided by Atlanta Black Family Reunion in collaboration with Oasis Branding and Oohh’s & Aahh’s. By participating in our free family photoshoot offerings (“Offering”), you agree to the terms outlined below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This offering is organized by Atlanta Black Family Reunion, in partnership with Oasis Branding, located at 1300 I St NW, Washington, DC, 20005. You must be at least eighteen years of age to participate in or register for this offering. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating in our free family photoshoot offering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Minors may participate if accompanied by a legal guardian who consents to these terms.
• Reservation: Space is limited. You must RSVP to secure your spot. No-show appointments may result in forfeiture of future participation.
• Usage: By attending, you agree to allow us to use your photos for promotional purposes across digital and print media, including social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All images, text, designs, graphics, and trademarks produced by us during this photoshoot are owned by Atlanta Black Family Reunion, Oasis Branding, and Oohh's & Aahh's. You may not republish, sell, or reproduce any of the content without explicit permission from us.

YOUR MATERIALS AND PARTICIPATION

By participating in our family photo shoot, you agree that:

• We have a commercial license to republish your image or likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.
• You waive any rights to compensation for the use of your photos and likeness.

MODEL RELEASE

By participating in the photoshoot, you consent to the use of your photos for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes by Atlanta Black Family Reunion, Oasis Branding, and our partners. This includes but is not limited to websites, social media platforms, and printed materials.

You agree that you do not have the right to review or approve any uses of your photos and waive any right to royalties or other compensation for such use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that by participating in our photoshoot, you assume all risks related to your participation. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities that may arise from your participation in the photoshoot.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending this event, you acknowledge and assume the risk of being photographed, including any incidental use of your image in our marketing materials.

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We prioritize your privacy and security. Any personal information shared with us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. However, by attending and participating, you understand that your likeness may be publicly shared as part of our promotional efforts.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the shoot for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions or technical issues. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

By attending and participating in the free family photoshoot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
